The Dundas 55+ Group is a community-based group of volunteers who work with representatives from various local groups including; Hamilton Family Health Team; the Association of Dundas Churches; Dundas Community Services ; Hamilton Council on Aging, as well as representatives from the City of Hamilton, Recreation Division, Senior Services, and the Dundas Community Centre.

I hope you are all doing well. As you have heard the Recreation Centres, Senior Centres and Clubs are closed however, we have decided to expand the Seniors’ Centre Without Walls program. Since this program is offered over the phone, it is a great way to stay connected in a safe way and providing some fun opportunities in this difficult time.

The Seniors’ Centre Without Walls is as simple as just picking up your telephone! Through the use of multi-person phone calls, participants can join in on a variety of activities – all from the comfort of home for free!
The Seniors’ Centre Without Walls provides free recreational activities over the phone with a group of other older adults in the community. SCWW allows participants to socialize and join in on Trivia, Family Feud, Finish the Lyrics, Brain Games and Fitness Classes, all over the phone for free.
