This is a gentle guided yoga program tailored to older adults. The classes will help you move your body and relieve your stress. Bring your own yoga mat or towel.
Postures and breathing exercises are done with the aid of a chair. Students will feel refreshed and energized while practicing yoga without having to get up or down from the floor.
You don’t need a partner for this lively class. Dance in lines to simple, repeated steps. All types of music.
Have fun and dance. A low-impact gentle movement dance routine to motivating music and continuous movements.
A complete workout with cardio, weight and resistance training, core and balance exercises. This class is suitable for most fitness levels.
Be part of a singjng group of older adults. Professional musician leads a sing-along with a mix of jazz standards and recent popular tunes. No experience required.
A simple, yet profound practice. In this introductory class you will learn to focus your mind, relax and develop a non-judgemental awareness of moment to moment experience. For an additional fee registrants can participate in an optional Half Day Retreat. Details available at Registration.
